The basics of WattGoblin, $WGBL, the creator model, the planned 10% project stake, Discord, the live community mining operation and official verification.
How much did the project wallet buy at launch?
The official project wallet spent $29.58 during creation and received 8,898,168.3486 $WGBL, approximately 0.8898% of the 1 billion-token genesis supply. The current disclosed project holding is 9,315,483.68 $WGBL, approximately 0.9325% of the current 999,000,000-token supply.
What is WattGoblin?
WattGoblin is a creator-operated Solana community-token project built around mining, compute, hardware culture and the WattGoblin mascot. The goal is an organic community ecosystem rather than a one-day token launch.
What is the $WGBL supply?
$WGBL launched with a genesis supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens on Solana through Pump.fun. Burn #001 permanently burned 1,000,000 $WGBL on October 4, 2026, reducing current on-chain supply to 999,000,000 $WGBL.
Has WattGoblin completed a token burn?
Yes. Burn #001 permanently burned 1,000,000 $WGBL on October 4, 2026 using an SPL Token Program Burn instruction. The transaction finalized successfully at block 453,497,602. The current supply can be independently checked on Solscan.
What is the planned 10% project stake / reserve?
The project plans to establish and maintain a project-controlled position targeting 10% of total supply through creator-held tokens and planned purchases. With current supply at 999,000,000 $WGBL after Burn #001, the 10% current-supply equivalent is 99,900,000 $WGBL. Execution timing may vary. This is not a price floor or guaranteed market-support program.
Who owns and operates WattGoblin?
WattGoblin is creator owned and currently operated by a one-person team. The creator works a regular day job, typically 5–7 days a week, and builds WattGoblin alongside that work. The team can expand if project growth and community needs justify it.
Can creator/project revenue compensate the developer?
Yes. As disclosed on the Legal & Transparency page, creator/project revenue may compensate the developer for time, work and living expenses. Community-mining-pool rewards are specifically excluded from creator compensation.
What is WattGoblin Community Mining?
It is a live public contribution-mining operation currently mining Quantus (QTC) through Kryptex Pool. Contributors point compatible mining software at the public WattGoblin mining identifier with a unique worker name. Community-mining rewards are reserved for the published $WGBL buyback/burn mechanism and are excluded from creator compensation.
How do I join community mining?
Open the Community Mining dashboard. No WattGoblin email/password is required. Compatible miners connect directly to Kryptex using the public community mining identifier plus a unique worker name. Participation is contribution mining and does not create an individual payout claim.
Do $WGBL holders receive mining rewards or yield?
No. Simply holding $WGBL does not create a right to mining-pool payouts, mining rewards, yield, dividends or revenue sharing.
Who decides when community-mining buybacks and burns happen?
The policy is to use a published community process to set and announce buyback/burn timing rather than choosing it around short-term market moves. Completed actions will be added to the public mining ledger only after they occur and can be verified.
What is the official WattGoblin Telegram?
The official WattGoblin Telegram community is @wattgoblin. Verify the link through WattGoblin.xyz or @WattGoblinSOL and treat other WattGoblin Telegram groups as unofficial unless they are later added to the official-channel list.
Will there be an official Discord?
Yes, an official WattGoblin Discord is planned. Until its verified link is published on WattGoblin.xyz and @WattGoblinSOL, treat every WattGoblin Discord as unofficial.
What is the official $WGBL contract?
The verified Solana mint / contract is FB2QBAbX5KQnVnWjFMyn6d7zNqXWVWqGey4CUm9Kpump. Always match the full address against WattGoblin.xyz or @WattGoblinSOL before trading.
How can I suggest an idea?
Use the Community Terminal on this site. The project is intentionally designed to collect community ideas and use real participation to guide future development.
Can the roadmap change?
Yes. Roadmap items are project goals, not guaranteed deadlines. Material changes should be documented through the website, the transparency log and official X account.
